IT Systems Architect I

Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position is in the area of Systems Architecture, Automation and Systems Management.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  1. Provides support for active directory, Cloud and SaaS services, architecture, system management and automation.
  2. Assists with the development, implementation, and maintenance of Active directory, cloud and SaaS services, automation and device management processes.
  3. Investigates and recommends best practices and processes for active directory, cloud and SaaS services, servers and workstations, and systems management
  4. Works with the other IT Teams and the Information Security Department to address issues and vulnerabilities related to workstations, servers, cloud and SaaS services. 
  5. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  6. Regular and reliable attendance.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of Active directory, Exchange, Office 365, Operating systems (including but not limited to Windows and Linux), Cloud and SaaS services (Azure experience preferred), systems infrastructure and management (MEM/Intune experience a plus).
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Ability to write PowerShell scripts and modules for systems management and automation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, bank employees, and coworkers.
  • Ability to develop new techniques or procedures for performing various tasks.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • College Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous technology experience required.

Monday through Friday 8-5 Rotating Saturdays
