Brenda Ahlers began her career with Pinnacle Bank in 2017. In addition to her role as a Treasury Manager, Brenda is the Branch Manager of our Springfield and Louisville branches. 

She enjoys being a reliable resource for her clients and lightening their workload with our wide range of treasury solutions. 

Brenda serves on the Louisville Care Center advisory board, coaches youth sports, and enthusiastically supports the One Act High School Theater Crew. 

Brenda and her husband, Gabe, have three active children who keep them busy with sports and theatre. She and her family are also animal lovers with a passion for rescue. 

In her free time, you’ll find Brenda at the local dirt track watching a race or helping in the pit.

Mike is a native Nebraskan. Born in Omaha but grew up in North Platte, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in finance. Later he attended and earned a Degree from the Graduate School of Banking – Madison, Wisconsin. He came to Pinnacle Bank in 2005. He now lives in Council Bluffs, IA with his wife and son. Mike has served on may nonprofit boards and charitable organizations over the years in Omaha and Council Bluffs and is currently on the Iowa West Racing Association board and The Iowa West Foundation economic development committee.

Lynda Anderson is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Nebraska. Her background includes wealth strategy and estate planning, with expertise in trust and estate accounts. Originally from Crete, Lynda provides personalized guidance to clients in the Beatrice area.

Kassidy Andrews started her career with Pinnacle Bank in 2015. She is the Operations Manager of our Crete branch. In 2024, she took on the role of Treasury Manager. 

Kassidy believes in the importance of community and building relationships you can count on. She enjoys getting to know her customers and helping them grow their business with the right products and services. 

Kassidy and her fiancé, operate a small farm outside of Crete where they raise chickens, goats and donkeys. They also have two blue heeler mixes, Bear and Bristol. 

On the weekend, you’ll find Kassidy and her family at the local dirt racetrack.

Amber Barton brings more than 10 years of banking experience to Pinnacle Bank, specializing in commercial lending. A native of Shenandoah, Iowa, Amber attended Midland University where she graduated in 2002 with degrees in business and economics. Aside from her position at Pinnacle Bank, Amber currently sits on the boards of Fremont Area Habitat for Humanity and Fremont Area United Way, and holds a position on Fremont’s Planning Commission.

Deborah Beck has lived in Merrick County since 1960 and grew up helping her family operate a cafe and gasoline station located on Highway 30. She has been in banking since 1973, working solely for the branch in Central City. Deborah attended Kearney State College and has also taken BAI bookkeeping, auditing and lending classes. Deborah has worked as a teller, bank equipment operator, operations manager, auditor, compliance officer and lending officer. She has been on the Sertoma Board of Directors and Merrick County Fitness Center Board, and is presently active with the Salvation Army, TeamMates, Catholic Parish Council and MAPS (Merrick Addiction Prevention Strategy) Coalition.

Megan joined Pinnacle Bank in March 2023 and currently serves as the Market President in Wisner. Prior to this role, she spent three years as the Branch Manager for the Verdigre and Neligh markets. Originally from Atkinson, Nebraska, Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2020. She went on to pursue a Master of Science in Finance from Purdue University Global, graduating in 2023.During her time at Pinnacle Bank, Megan has served on various committees and volunteered as a Teammates mentor. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends
 

David was born and raised in Ralston, Nebraska, and has been a resident of Papillion since 1992. He is a 1985 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and started his career in consumer lending and branch management. David has nearly 20 years of experience in the corporate environment, including product development, program management, compliance, operations and mergers/acquisitions serving the banking industry. At Pinnacle Bank, he manages all aspects of commercial lending, including SBA financing. David is an active volunteer in his local community as a board member of the Sarpy County Economic Development Corporation, member of the Alegent Midlands Hospital Charitable Council, Nebraska League of Municipalities, University of Nebraska’s President’s Advisory Council and state judge for Nebraska DECA. He also serves the City of Papillion as a former Planning Commissioner, former City Councilman and current Mayor. David is a charter member of Grace Community Church and active in the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce. He also enjoys being a grandfather.

Kevin Black started with Pinnacle Bank in 2011 and currently serves as Regional President in Wisner. He served in the Army National Guard from 2008-2020, exiting service as a Captain.

Kevin is a graduate of Chadron State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Kansas State University with a Master of Agribusiness. He currently sits on multiple local and state-wide boards, including serving as Treasurer for the GROW Nebraska Foundation.

Trish Bliven began her career at Pinnacle Bank in 2000. She has held various roles at the bank in bookkeeping, lending, operations and retail. Today, she is the Treasury Manager, Retail Banking Officer and Operations Manager for Lexington. 

Trish is dedicated to serving her customers with the utmost integrity. She lives by the quote, “Do the right thing, even when no one is watching.” 

In her spare time, Trish is involved with the local TNR, fundraising and volunteering for local spay and neutering efforts. 

Trish enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

Jennifer Brown is a professional with a diverse banking background and knowledge base. She started with Pinnacle Bank in 1999 as a Teller. Over the years, she has held many roles including Banker, Loan Clerk, and Branch Manager. Today, she is the Operations and Treasury Manager for Benkelman. 

Jennifer believes that integrity is one of the most integral parts of her job. She wants her clients to know that she and Pinnacle Bank will always serve them with honesty and respect. Jennifer finds it very satisfying to find solutions to our customers’ banking problems. 

Jennifer is active with the Dundy County Hospital Foundation. She's also married and has two kids in college. Jennifer and her family are animal lovers who have a lab, cats and chickens.

Heidi Bruner is a dedicated banking professional who began her career with Pinnacle Bank in 2001. In 2021, she became the Assistant Branch Operations Manager of our Beatrice location. 

Before joining our team, she worked at a local bank near Grand Island while attending Central Community College. 

Heidi strives to provide her clients with the best service possible. Her dedication to integrity and doing what's right has helped her build relationships with her clients that extend beyond business into true friendships. 

Heidi and her high school sweetheart, Tracy, have two adult sons and a rescue dog named Patches. In her free time, Heidi enjoys taking care of her yard and reading.

Cari Campbell began her career with Pinnacle Bank in 2006. Today, she is a Treasury Management Officer serving Lincoln. She enjoys getting to know her customers and always being just a phone call away. 

Cari is very passionate about being involved in the community and making a positive impact wherever she can. She is a Teammates Mentor, Make a Wish -Wish Granter and volunteers for the Food Bank of Lincoln. 

She is also an alum of the University of Nebraska Lincoln and a huge Nebraska Football fan. 

In her free time, Cari enjoys golfing, traveling and being outdoors.

Sheila Canning began her banking career in 1986 at Pinnacle Bank in Ogallala. In 2012, she joined our Treasury Management team. 

She’s seen the banking industry change a lot over the years, but one thing that's remained a constant for Sheila is the importance of customer service. Sheila enjoys truly serving her customers and finding real solutions. 

In her free time, you'll find Sheila in the mountains on her motorcycle or out on the lake with her family. 

Sheila and her husband, Doug, have four kids and eight grandkids.

Liz Cantu is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the banking industry. Part of the team since 2010, she currently serves as Branch Manager and Lender at our Webb City branch. Additionally, she holds the role of Treasury Manager for our Joplin market, overseeing the ongoing management of business services and solutions for commercial relationships.

As a proud Webb City resident, Liz is dedicated to her community and is deeply committed to its growth and prosperity.

Liz understands the importance of cultivating strong relationships and values the opportunity to connect with customers on a personal level, all while providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

Kevin grew up in Imperial, Nebraska. While very active in the Imperial community, Kevin received his Agricultural Business Degree from Mid-Plains Community College along with Agricultural Lending Certifications from Community Banker University and Barrett School of Banking. In 2015, Kevin began his banking career with Pinnacle Bank in Imperial. After gaining experience in many areas of the bank, he worked his way up to become Market President of Pinnacle Bank in Grant.

When he's not working, Kevin enjoys golfing, team roping and spending time with his wife, Ashley, and two young children.

Aaron grew up on a farm and ranch east of Arnold. He has worked in the banking industry since 2007 and has served as Market President since February of 2020. He graduated from Arnold Public High School in 1999 and earned a degree from Hastings College in 2003, majoring in Economics and Business Administration. When he isn't working, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys as well as helping on the family farm.

Chris has been active in the banking industry since 1999 and handles all aspects of commercial lending, including: commercial real estate financing; development and construction financing; and operating and term business financing. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. Chris is actively involved in the community, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Open Door Mission as well as holding many positions within his church.

Kent was born and raised in Stratton, Nebraska. He started his banking career in 1992 and currently serves as Market President in McCook and Hayes Center, Nebraska. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and completed the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado. Kent currently serves on the McCook Economic Development Executive Committee and the LB 840 Loan Committees for both Red Willow and Hayes County. Past service includes Chairman of the Board for both Community Hospital McCook and Hillcrest Nursing Home Foundation.

Trevor Cyboron started with Pinnacle Bank in 2014 and currently serves as Market President for O'Neill, Neligh, Valentine, and Verdigre. Before moving to O'Neill, he spent eight years with the bank in Wisner and four years in Crete. Originally from Ravenna, Nebraska, Trevor graduated from Doane College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with minors in Economics & Psychology and the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. During his time across the various market's he has served, he has spent time volunteering on various boards and committees. When Trevor is not a work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tracy, and their three kids, Peyton, Knox, and Nicklin.
 

Chloe Dakan is our Treasury Manager serving Southwest Nebraska. She joined Pinnacle Bank in May 2025, and offices at our McCook branch. 

Chloe recognizes that her clients don’t have time to slow down. That’s why she’s ready to do what it takes and be proactive to find the right banking solutions for their business. 

Chloe holds an MBA and bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. 

In her free time, you can find Chloe on the green or at the lake.

Mark joined Pinnacle Bank in 2004 and has been working with business and agricultural clients in the banking and finance industry since 1998. He earned a degree in business administration with a finance concentration from Wayne State College. Mark has been involved in several local non-profit and charitable organizations, including the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Kiwanis Club, 4-H, United Way and Habitat for Humanity

As a Kansas native, Dustin grew up knowing the importance of farms and ranches to our community. After earning his BS in Agri-Business from Kansas State University, he went straight to work at our branch here in Abilene.

He’s proud of what he and his staff do to help our customers and our community. He believes they are successful year after year because they listen, not just during banking hours, but also when the conversations take place during the evening or on the weekend. This is probably the reason Dustin’s favorite season is harvest season. He loves seeing farmers realize the rewards of their long days.

Dustin and his wife, Michelle, have six children. They enjoy country living in rural Dickinson County. 

Lisa Diecker began her banking career with Pinnacle Bank in 1997. She is our Treasury Manager and Regional Operations Manager for Hastings. Lisa enjoys finding solutions that improve her clients' everyday banking and business operations. 

Lisa and her husband celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in 2024. They are the proud parents of two daughters. 

In her free time, Lisa is a youth group leader at her church. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, and you’ll often find her at the lake, on the golf course or simply hanging out in her backyard.

Matt Dinsdale is Executive Vice President of Pinnacle Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Pinnacle Bank and Bank of Colorado. He has been employed with Pinnacle Bank since 2009, previously working as a credit analyst and mortgage manager for Pinnacle Bank-Texas. Matt is on the Board of Directors for Pinnacle Bancorp, Inc., Pinnacle Bank Nebraska, Bank of Colorado, Pinnacle Bank Texas, Pinnacle Bank Wyoming, and Pinnacle Support Center. He received his bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2008, earned a degree in lending from the Texas Banking Association in 2010 and attended the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado – Boulder, CO.

Jesse grew up on a family farm northwest of Clarks, Nebraska. After graduating high school, Jesse moved to Lincoln where he attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduating in 2012 with a degree in finance. Jesse started working for Pinnacle Bank in Omaha, and shortly after relocated to Aurora to become a part of Pinnacle Bank’s Management Training Program. Jesse is passionate about making a difference and lending a helping hand to those in need. Jesse supports the local community as a member of the Teammates Mentoring Program and helps coach the Aurora 7^th grade football team. In his free time, you’ll likely find Jesse watching his favorite sports teams and spending the summer months golfing. 

Born and raised in Nebraska, Eric has a strong background in agriculture with over 15 years of farming experience. Eric joined Pinnacle Bank in 2007 and has become active in the Ogallala community. He serves on several area boards including Keith County Area Development and the local Ag Committee. Eric appreciates Pinnacle Bank’s community banking philosophy and enjoys working with our customers to meet their financial needs.

Born and raised in Humphrey, Nebraska, Devan brings small‑town values and a strong work ethic in his role as a Commercial Loan Officer in Gretna. After graduating from Wayne State College in 2018 with a degree in Business, Devan began building his career across a variety of banking and finance roles, gaining hands on experience that helped him understand the needs of local businesses from the ground up. 

Today, Devan’s committed to supporting Gretna’s growing business community by providing clear guidance, responsive service, and lending solutions tailored to each client’s goals. Whether working with established companies or entrepreneurs taking their first steps, his focus is on building long‑term relationships and helping businesses thrive.

Born and raised in Nebraska, Teri began her banking career with Pinnacle Bank in 2008. She enjoys working with CASA as a volunteer and serves as the CASA volunteer coordinator for Keith County. She and her husband have three children and are members of St. Paul Lutheran Church.

Eric has spent most of his life in Nebraska and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska - Kearney. Eric joined Pinnacle Bank in 2015 and has become active in the Imperial community. He is an active member in Rotary and serves on the Hospital Foundation board. Eric has been married to his wife Ashley, an Imperial native, since 2009. They spend most of their time chasing their four children, but also enjoy traveling, golfing and hiking. Eric really enjoys Pinnacle Bank's family atmosphere and community banking philosophy.

Jay grew up in Omaha where he attended Creighton Prep High School. He received his finance degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has been working in banking since 2007. Jay loves customer interaction and living in a city where everyone still knows each other. Community involvement and customer service are important to Jay. He is actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters in the Omaha community. Outside of the office, he enjoys attending Creighton Basketball games and other sporting events, spending time with family and friends, traveling and going to concerts.

 

Lowell is from Hastings, Nebraska where he attended Hastings High School and Hastings College. In 2006, he graduated from Hastings College with degrees in business administration and management. Since graduating, he has been a resident of Papillion where he started his career in consumer lending and branch management. At Pinnacle Bank, he manages all aspects of commercial lending. Lowell is actively involved in his community as a Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce past chair/ board member, Sarpy County Chamber Young Professionals board of director, Lions Club Papillion President/ member, Papillion Community Foundation board of director, Aksarben Foundation / Floor Committee, judge for Nebraska DECA, and Teammates Mentoring Program member. He is a graduate of the Sarpy Chamber’s “Leadership Sarpy” 2012 and “Leadership Omaha” 2017 programs. He was awarded by the Midlands Business Journal in 2018 as one if its “40 under 40 winners”. In addition to being involved in local Papillion and Omaha events, Lowell and his wife are members of Saint Columbkille Church and Oak Hills Country Club. He also enjoys being a father of two children.

Brett Fiala grew up in Howells, Nebraska, and began his career with Pinnacle Bank in 2023 as a lender in Wisner. He now serves as the Branch Manager for the Neligh and Verdigre locations. Brett is a graduate of Wayne State College, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics.

Jessica Fletcher joined Pinnacle Bank in 2020. She is our Treasury Manager in Arnold. 

As a business owner herself, Jessica knows the importance of having the right financial resources. She enjoys helping businesses reach their potential by finding banking solutions to meet their unique needs. 

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Hastings College. Outside of work, she’s active in the community through the American Legion Auxiliary. She also coaches the Anselmo-Merna Girls Wrestling team. 

Jessica and her husband, Matt, have four kids and miniature dachshunds who keep them busy.

Dan Grew up in Omaha where he attended Creighton Prep High School. He received his Finance degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2018 and began his career in commercial banking as a credit analyst weeks after graduation.

Dan enjoys providing outstanding service to his clients and helping the Gretna community grow. Involvement in the community is important to Dan, and he spends his spare time coaching youth hockey. Dan is also involved in the Gretna Outreach organization which welcomes new businesses to Gretna. Dan has extensive knowledge of both commercial real estate and industrial lending practices. In his spare time, Dan enjoys playing hockey, golfing, and spending time with his family. Dan joined Pinnacle Bank’s lending team in 2021.

Doug Ganz was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He attended Arizona State University and graduated with a degree in Economics in 1982. Doug has been with Pinnacle Bank since 1998 at the Pine Lake location in south Lincoln specializing in consumer and mortgage lending. He is currently a board member with the Community Health Endowment, The Food Bank of Lincoln Foundation and the Sheldon Art Association.

Pat Garrett was born and raised in Alliance, Nebraska. He began his banking career in 1997 and has been with Pinnacle Trust Services in Columbus since 2004. Pat obtained a bachelor’s degree from Doane College, now Doane University, in Crete in 1995. He has since completed the Nebraska/Kansas Schools of Banking and Trust, and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School. Pat enjoys volunteering at various organizations within the community.

Eric has been the Market President for Lake Lotawana since 2007. He has been in the banking industry since 1998 and specializes in commercial lending, as well as residential construction and development. Eric is a life long resident of Lee's Summit, where he lives with his wife, Michelle, and 2 daughters, Madison and Brookelyn.

Jill Govier is our Treasury Management Officer serving the communities of Papillion, La Vista, and Gretna. Jill is an alum of Harlan Community High School, Peru State College, and Leadership Sarpy. She joined Pinnacle Bank in 2006 and enjoys building strong relationships with her business clients to help them reach their goals. 

Jill is active in the community with a variety of local organizations including the Sarpy YMCA - board member, Papillion La Vista Community Schools Foundation, Midlands Community Foundation, Yutan Athletic Boosters, Papillion-La Vista Monarch Booster Club, St. Patrick’s Church, and Sarpy Chamber of Commerce.  

Outside of work, Jill stays busy attending her children’s sports and activities, and she loves to travel in her free time.

Jahn is a seasoned commercial lender with a rich history in community banking. Growing up in Blue Hill, Nebraska, Jahn developed a strong sense of community and commitment, which has been a cornerstone of his career. Jahn began his banking career in Swanton in 1992 and joined Pinnacle Bank in Fremont in 2024. 

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from Doane College. He also attended the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and previously served on their Alumni Advisory Board. 

In addition to his professional achievements, Jahn and his wife, Melinda, have been married for over 35 years. They are the proud parents of two adult daughters and have one grandson who brings them great joy. 

Outside of the bank, Jahn serves as the President of the Trinity Lutheran Church Fremont Congregation. He also enjoys auto racing, trap shooting and working on home projects.

Melissa Grovijohn is our Director of Treasury Management, dedicated to guiding our talented team of Treasury Managers in Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. With a focus on leadership, coaching, and training, Melissa is committed to ensuring our clients receive the best banking solutions tailored to their business needs. 

Melissa began her career at Pinnacle Bank in Schuyler in 1998 and, after years of small-town living, moved to Lincoln in 2023. Her extensive work with branches across the state has provided valuable insights into what local businesses seek in a banking partner. 

Outside of work, Melissa is passionate about mentoring and has been involved with Teammates since 2015, believing strongly in the lifetime impact mentors can have on youth. Family and friends are the center of her world, and she and her high school sweetheart, Shawn, are proud parents of two college-age children. The family often travels back to their hometown of Howells to stay connected with loved ones. 

In her free time, you’ll find Melissa exploring new recipes, tending to her flowers, staying active with long walks, diving into a good book, or researching her next travel destination.

Kelly Hammerlun was raised on a farm in north central Nebraska. He joined Pinnacle Bank in 2001, and has been the branch president in Imperial since 2007. Kelly graduated from Chadron State College in 2000 with degrees in business management and environmental biology.

Justin was born and raised on a ranch in the Valentine area. He has been banking in the Valentine area since 1990 and joined Pinnacle Bank in 2011. Justin is a volunteer coach for Lions Club basketball, is director of the Middle Niobrara Natural Resources district and is active on the Valentine Economic Development Board loan committee. Justin and his wife Kathy operate a small cow/calf operation with help from their children.

Delaney Haver is a Treasury Manager based in Omaha at our 180th and Dodge branch. She joined our team in the spring of 2024. 

Delaney knows the importance of having someone you can count on. It’s her goal to be that person for her clients’ banking needs. She’s ready to help find effective and efficient solutions for any type of business. 

Delaney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Texas Christian University. She also has a background in the non-profit space. 

In her free time, Delaney enjoys traveling and training for triathlons.

Working in the banking industry for almost 38 years, John Hoggatt joined the Pinnacle team in 2020.  After leaving his hometown of Holdrege, NE, John started his career in banking while attending college at Kearney State College.  Since that time, John's assumed many roles within banking while moving to communities such as Lincoln and Grand Island.  He also became a graduate of the Colorado School of Banking in 1997.  

John has served on numerous community boards and organizations.  He is currently serving as District 4 Commissioner for the Game and Parks Commission, he is on the board for the Kearney Family YMCA and he also serves on the Nebraska Shrine Bowl Committee. When he's not working, John loves spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their 5 grandchildren.

David was born and raised in Central Nebraska. He attended Ord High School before receiving his degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln. David has been working in banking since 2001 and handles all aspects of commercial and ag lending including real estate financing; development and construction financing; and operating and term financing. After 16 years in banking he continues to focus on always putting the customer first and working to add value in every interaction. Outside of the bank, David spends the majority of his free time with his wife and two young children while still carving out a bit of time to chase life’s next great adventure.

Amanda Hutton joined Pinnacle Bank in 2019 and serves as the Treasury Manager for the Fremont area. She is committed to supporting clients throughout their financial journeys, with the goal of helping them streamline and simplify their day-to-day business banking needs. 

She is a lifelong Fremont resident and attended Midland University for her Bachelor of Business Administration, focused in Finance and Marketing. 

Outside of work, Amanda and her husband stay busy with their two energetic young children. The family loves spending time outdoors and traveling—especially to Scotland, her husband’s homeland. In her downtime, Amanda enjoys playing volleyball and tackling home improvement projects.

Robyn Jackson began her banking career in 1990. Over the years, she’s worn many hats in retail, operations, human resources, treasury, and management. Since 2020, Robyn has been Pinnacle Bank’s Treasury Services Officer and Branch Operations Manager in Kearney. 

Robyn knows having a financial advisor your business can count on makes all the difference. She enjoys learning about her client’s goals and finding the right treasury management solutions to meet their needs. 

In addition, Robyn serves on the Resource Committee of Buffalo County Community Health Partners. 

Outside of the bank, Robyn and her husband, Randy, stay busy cheering on their two children at their various sporting events. She also enjoys golfing and attending the local community theatre.

Jennifer (Dannehl) Jensen grew up on her family’s farm southwest of Bertrand, Nebraska. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she was an Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review. Prior to joining Pinnacle Trust Services, Jennifer worked in the private practice of law, specializing in estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, real estate, and agricultural law. Jennifer earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation in 2020. Jennifer serves as a board member of Lincoln Girls Organizing for Leadership Development (G.O.L.D.) and the Nebraska Lawyers Trust Account Foundation and is part of the Alumnae Advisory Board for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Chi Omega Sorority, the Lincoln Estate Planning Council and the Nebraska State Bar Association. Jennifer and her husband spend their time chasing around their two small children and Westie terrier.

Taylor Jeppesen grew up in Fremont where he attended Fremont Senior High School and later graduated from Midland University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. Taylor has been in the banking industry since 2012, specializing in commercial banking. He has also recently completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado and is a graduate of the Fremont Leadership Class of 2016. Taylor is currently on the boards of the Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce and Fremont Midland Entertainment Series. When he is not in the office, you can usually find Taylor spending time with his family and friends, bowling, or cheering on the Huskers!

Spencer is originally from Papillion, Nebraska, and is a graduate of Papillion-LaVista High School and the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He has been an employee of Pinnacle Bank since November 1998 and a customer of the bank since opening his first savings account at the Bank of Papillion as a child. He is now the Market President for our branches in Papillion.

In the community, Spencer is involved in several groups and organizations. He serves as a member of the board of directors for the Midlands Community Foundation, as assistant treasurer, Papillion-LaVista Schools Foundation, and Grow Sarpy (formerly Sarpy County Economic Development Corporation). He is a graduate of the Sarpy Chamber's "Leadership Sarpy" program and has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado-Boulder.

Mark Kisker was raised on a farm in Southwest Nebraska. Mark has been in the banking industry since 1986. He was a national bank examiner for three years and has been a trust administrator since 1989. Mark is a 1981 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a 1985 graduate of the University of South Dakota’s School of Law. Mark is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association, Lincoln Probate Discussion Group and the Lincoln Estate Planning Council.

Janae Knoell was born and raised in Broken Bow, Nebraska. Her banking career started in high school as she worked as a part time teller. She went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. After college, she remained in Kearney and held various retail banking positions. In 2007, Janae and her family moved to Omaha. She has served in various roles within the trust services industry during her tenure in the Omaha Area. She joined the Pinnacle Trust Services team in 2022 as a Trust Officer. In her spare time, Janae enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.

Paige moved to Omaha in 2015 where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management at the University of Nebraska Omaha. She joined Pinnacle Bank in 2016 where she started her career in retail banking and branch management. Today, Paige operates in Private Banking where she performs on-going management of a portfolio of all types of account relationships including all consumer and commercial needs. Paige is actively involved in organizations such as the American Red Cross and the University of Nebraska Omaha Recent Alumni Advisory Board.

Justin has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years. He is now the Pinnacle Bank Market President in his hometown of Crete. Justin grew up attending Crete Public Schools and he went on to study business and finance at Doane College, now Doane University. He enjoys the community aspect of his job and getting to know his local commercial, agricultural and real estate customers. He is also involved in the community, regularly attending Crete and Doane events as well as serving on local boards.

He and his wife Betsey, keep busy with their two children, Tenley and Harrison. In his free time, Justin enjoys golf, tennis, fishing and grilling.

Vince grew up on a farm just north of Crete. He attended Crete Public Schools and studied biochemistry at Doane University. After college, he worked at a seed corn factory in York before returning to his hometown in 2018 to work for Pinnacle Bank. Today, he is Vice President of Pinnacle Bank in Crete. Vince works with agricultural, commercial and personal customers providing for a diverse range of lending needs. He is also active in the community, participating in the Crete Rotary Club and various volunteer activities.

In his personal time, Vince enjoys spending time with this wife, Casey, and their two children. He also actively farms.

Scott was raised in Albion, NE. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance. He has been with Pinnacle Bank since 2006 in various positions throughout the bank; including Personal Banker/Teller, Branch Manager and Consumer Lender.

Scott has served on the Board of Directors for Carriage Glen Independent Retirement Community and Lincoln Credit Association. He is also a member of the Lincoln Young Professionals Group, Home Builders Association of Lincoln, and graduate of Leadership Lincoln Fellows program. Scott and his family are also active members of Lincoln Berean Church.

As a Nebraska native, Scott grew up knowing what Pinnacle Bank and the Dinsdale Family mean to the farms and businesses of our rural communities. That’s why after earning his BS in Agri-Business for the University of Nebraska, he went straight to work at our branch in Lexington.

Although new to Hastings, he feels right at home thanks to the welcoming community and the Flatwater Music Festival at the Prairie Loft. To say Scott has a thing for live music would be an understatement.

He’s also excited to work along side the businesses of Hastings, especially the farms. He looks forward to all the neighborhood news, including text messages about his customers’ corn yields.

Scott came to Hastings with his wife Megan and their three children. 

John is a life-long resident of Nebraska. He began his banking career in 1983, after graduating from Nebraska Wesleyan University, and has been with Pinnacle Bank since 1996. John is active in his church and the Lincoln community. Some of his current volunteer activities include The Lincoln Children's Zoo, Bryan Health Foundation, The Bridge Behavioral Health, Foundation for Lincoln Public Schools, and Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, John enjoys working outdoors and grandchildren.

Doug grew up in East Central Nebraska and has been in the finance industry since 1989. He has been with Pinnacle Bank at their Shelby branch since 2005. Doug is a 1988 graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. Doug is a current member of the Stromsburg Development Corp., Polk County Economic Development Corp., Polk County Foundation Board and council member for the City of Stromsburg.

Christopher McMeekin is a native of Alliance NE. He has been in the banking industry since 2005 and started with Pinnacle Bank in 2006. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska, completed the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and is a graduate of Sarpy Chamber’s “Leadership Sarpy” program. In the community, Christopher is involved with several groups and organizations including the Gretna Chamber of Commerce, the Gretna Area Development Corporation, Monarch Villa retirement home, Bellewood Courts retirement home and the Metropolitan Omaha Property Owners Association.

Scott Meister is a Fremont native, who graduated from Kearney State College. He began his career as a bank examiner with the FDIC in 1985. In 1987, he joined a large banking group in Lincoln. Scott returned to Fremont to join Pinnacle Bank in 1998, where he currently serves as Market President. Scott’s strong connection to the Fremont community inspires his commitment to assisting with the area’s continued growth and prosperity. 

In addition to his role at the bank, Scott is actively involved in several local organizations, including the Greater Fremont Development Council, St. Patrick’s Church / Archbishop Bergan High School Endowment Committee, and Rebuilding Together Platte Valley. Outside of work, he and his wife, Patty, enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with their family.

Shane is a local commercial and ag lender, dedicated to building long-lasting relationships and finding real financing solutions. He started his banking career in 2016 as a teller in Lincoln and moved into commercial lending in 2020. 

Shane is originally from Norfolk and has strong family ties to a small ranch in Atkinson. He studied Agribusiness and Agricultural Business Operations at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. 

Outside the bank, Shane enjoys a round of golf and spending time with his wife, Shelby and their dogs.

Alan was raised in Louisville, NE. He is a graduate of Peru State College and has been involved in Ag, Commercial and Consumer lending since 1987. Alan currently is the chairperson for Cass County Planning and Zoning and is also an executive board member for Cass County Nebraska Economic Council. Alan has previously served on the Louisville City Council and as Mayor of Louisville, NE

Lynnette was raised on a farm northwest of Schuyler. She has been in the banking industry since 1984, and joined Pinnacle Bank in 1990. Lynnette currently serves on the board of St. Monica's Substance Abuse Treatment for Women and has previously served on the boards of GoLincolnGo, Nebraska Jr. Angus Association and Lancaster County 4-H Council.  In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time outdoors. 

Toby grew up in Lexington and graduated from Lexington High School. He went on to graduate from Buena Vista College with a Banking and Finance Degree. He started his career with Pinnacle in 1997. Outside of the bank, Toby likes to spend time with his wife, Amy, and his two children.

Nathan grew up on a farm north of Shelby, NE, where his dad was a row crop farmer. He attended Wayne State College after high school and received his business finance degree in 2005. He started with Pinnacle Bank in 2006. Nathan lives in Central City with his wife and two children.

Jessie Pickerign is a dedicated banking professional who began her career with Pinnacle Bank in 2005. In addition to serving as our Treasury Manager in Abilene, she is also our Assistant Operations Manager. 

Jessie enjoys living in a small rural community and is proud to help Abilene’s businesses find banking solutions locally. She knows that having a local banking professional you can trust can make all the difference. 

Jessie and her husband are the proud parents of two teenagers. They live on a farm operating a small cow-calf operation. 

She stays busy with her children’s 4H, FFA and sports activities. She is also a registered basketball official.

Bart was raised in Grand Island. Then he attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, where he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration. He began his banking career in Omaha and Fremont, before returning to his hometown to help open our first location in Grand Island. He also holds a Graduate School of Banking Degree from the University of Colorado. Bart actively serves a variety of local organizations, including the Greater Grand Island Community Foundation as Treasurer and a board member. In his free time, Bart enjoys time with family, golfing and rooting for his favorite sports teams.

Doug was raised on a farm west of Ravenna, Nebraska, and has been in the banking industry since 1990. He started with Pinnacle Bank in the summer of 1991 and has been with the Osceola and Shelby branches since 1997. Doug is a 1991 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is currently a Polk County Foundation director and an Osceola TeamMates board member and mentor.

Born and raised in Crete Nebraska, Ryne attended University of Nebraska Lincoln and earned a degree in economics and management. He began his career in Crete, Nebraska as a loan intern prior to accepting a role as a junior lender for Bank of Colorado in Denver, CO. After three years of working in Colorado, Ryne transferred back home to serve the great city of Lincoln, NE. Ryne specializes in commercial lending.

Wade has brought management and banking experience to the team since 2008. Starting in Lincoln for a quick year, Wade later made the move to Aurora. After three years, his passion and drive moved him to Palmer where he held the title of Branch Manager and President. Most recently, he serves as the Market President in his hometown of Aurora.

Growing up on a farm in Hamilton County and spending many summers working on family farms have made Wade a strong asset to the agricultural community of Aurora. Serving as the Director with the Aurora Development Corporation, Wade loves to work with different businesses and industries to see how people earn a living. Watching the people of Aurora come together for a fundraising event or celebrating the annual Aurora Days Festival gives Wade the opportunity to truly understand what it means to be a part of a community bank and give back.

Wade is a proud alumnus of Nebraska Wesleyan University earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and a minor in communication. When Wade is not at the bank, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, son Max, and daughter Asher at the lake, hunting and fishing.

Dillon has been a part of our bank since he graduated from high school. He got his start at our branch in Lincoln as a loan assistant while getting his BA in Business Administration from Doane College. Since that time, he’s worked in many branches within Pinnacle, gaining experience in banking operations as well as consumer, commercial and agricultural lending.  Dillon is now president of our Elkhorn market.  He is focused on helping his customers, whether they're buying their dream home or expanding their family business.

Rhonda Ridlen is our Treasury Manager in Hayes Center. She is also a Retail Banking Assistant, so she wears many hats at the small community branch and has vast knowledge of all our banking services. 

She takes pride in helping customers meet their organization's banking needs while always prioritizing their best interests. 

Rhonda gives back to the community by participating in trash pickup, food drives and leading youth church groups. 

In her free time, Rhonda likes to travel to new places and follow local sports.

Brady was born and raised in Hayes Center, NE. He received his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 2016 and started his banking career shortly after. In 2019, after moving back to Hayes Center he joined Pinnacle Bank as a loan officer before becoming market president in 2024. Brady has been married to his wife Sarah since 2018, and they have two children.

Michelle Ross is an experienced banking professional who began her career at Pinnacle Bank as a teller in 1996. She's a lifelong Perkins County resident who deeply cares for her community and is active with the Perkins County Community Foundation. 

She believes in showing her customers that she cares by truly seeking to understand their needs and offer real solutions. Michelle finds it fulfilling to see her suggestions really make a difference for her customers. In her free time, you can find Michelle at the golf course, on the lake or out for a walk. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, their children and grandchildren.

Kyle grew up on a ranch 20 miles south of O’Neill in Chambers NE. He graduated from Chambers High School and continued his education at Hastings College where he was a member of the rodeo team and graduated with a degree in Agribusiness.

After graduation he started his agricultural career working for RCIS crop Insurance and then Farm Credit Services of America. During his previous employment he learned more about the business side of agriculture as well as emphasizing customer service. Kyle enjoys being back in Holt County and working with familiar faces and emphasizes building relationships as his top priority here at Pinnacle Bank.

Kyle currently lives in O’Neill NE and still helps on his dad’s ranch where he runs a few cow calf pairs of his own. Kyle also continues to rodeo competitively in his free time.

Kirk was born and raised on a farm southwest of Seward, Nebraska. He has been with Pinnacle Bank since 2005, starting as a teller and working up to a commercial lender. Kirk is active in the community as a member of Lincoln Young Professionals Group and a board member of GoLincolnGo! Kirk enjoys golf, the outdoors, and staying active. He believes in personal service and always putting the customer first.

Courtney Seberger is our Treasury Manager in Elwood. She is also a Retail Banking Assistant, so she does a little bit of everything. Courtney enjoys helping her clients expand their banking abilities by finding the right treasury solutions. 

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys making memories with her husband, Kyle, and their three kids. They are also animal lovers, who have two cats, two dogs and a rabbit. 

In her free time, Courtney is an artist who dabbles in many mediums, including paint, clay and fiber arts.

Jessica Sheldrick is a life-long resident of Omaha, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She began her career with Pinnacle Bank in 2005 and moved to Operations right after graduation, serving as a Supervisor for 12 years. She joined the Trust Department in 2022 as the Trust Operations Manager. Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. As a family, they are very involved with Scouting BSA and many different sports.

Carol Sibbel first started in banking in 1991 and has been with Pinnacle Bank since 2008. She graduated from the University of South Dakota in 1990 with a degree in business management and attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado in 2000. An active member of the O’Neill community, Carol serves on the St. Patrick’s Finance Committee, is the Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Treasurer and is a member of the O’Neill Committee Foundation.

Kevin Small was born and raised on a farm near Fullerton, NE. After starting with Pinnacle Bank in 2003, Kevin now serves as Market President for Madison and Humphrey locations. Kevin is a graduate from University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a degree in Agricultural Business.

Dann Smith grew up on a farm/ranch near Wolbach, Nebraska working closely with family and friends in both the crop and livestock industry.  He began his banking career with the FDIC in 1986 and has worked for Pinnacle Bank since 1999.  He graduated from Chadron State College in 1985 and the KBA/NBA School of Banking.  He is a member of St. Isidore's Catholic church and has served different communities as a volunteer fireman for over 30 years.  He has served as a board member for Columbus Area United Way, St. Isidore Finance Committee, Nebraska One Box Pheasant Hunt Past Shooter Board and Hunt Board, Columbus Days Committee and the Columbus Area United Way.  He's served on the American Red Cross Board of Directors, Girl Scouts of America, and the Columbus Jaycee's. An avid outdoorsman, Smith joined the Nebraska One Box Pheasant Hunt in 2001 and currently serves on the Past Shooters board. 

Matt grew up in Omaha and graduated from Millard West High School. While attending the University of Nebraska-Omaha, Matt began working as a teller. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in banking and finance graduating in 2008. He continued his banking career working as an associate construction lender and commercial credit analyst. He joined Pinnacle Bank in 2014 and is continuing his education at the Advanced School of Banking in Topeka, Kansas. Community to Matt is when everyone knows each other and is willing to help those out when in need. Matt enjoys working for a large bank with a small bank feel because it allows him to interact and network with customers on a personal level. In his free time, Matt likes traveling, working out and attending the College World Series and Storm Chasers games. 

Trish was raised on a farm in northeast Nebraska and has worked at Pinnacle Bank in Neligh for her entire banking career. She joined Pinnacle Bank in 1982 as a teller, then became head teller, supervisor, assistant cashier, cashier and assistant vice president, all in the operations of the bank. In 2005, she moved to loans and was named vice president. Trish has served as treasurer of the First Congregational UCC Church since 2000 and has been treasurer of the Neligh Oakdale Education Foundation since 2009. She has previously served as a board member of the Neligh Chamber of Commerce for nine years. She has also been a Sunday School teacher; soccer, t-ball and youth volleyball coach; 4-H leader; and Relay for Life committee member.

Michelle Spady is a versatile banking professional. She began her career at Pinnacle Bank as a receptionist in 2002. Through the years, she has acquired an array of knowledge in personal and business banking, as well as lending. Today, she is the Treasury Manager, Branch Retail Manager and Loan Manager in Imperial. 

Throughout her career, Michelle has always put customer service first, helping customers realize their full potential and getting the results they need with great banking services. 

She enjoys keeping active in the Imperial community. She is a member of the Imperial Chamber Board of Directors, Treasurer for the Imperial Rotary Club, POM POMs and the Chase County Schools PTO. 

Michelle and her husband, Mark, have seven children and seven grandchildren with two more little ones on the way. 

In her free time, you can find Michelle enjoying the great outdoors on the lake or golf course.

Jill Tate is a Treasury Manager serving Central Nebraska. She is motivated by helping her customers achieve their business goals. She enjoys sharing and demonstrating how different treasury management solutions can help their businesses run more efficiently. 

Jill is also a CASA volunteer working with children experiencing out-of-home care. 

She and her husband, Rick, are the proud parents of six kids and two poodles. They also own two local businesses.

Kristy Thies began her banking career with Pinnacle Bank in 1988 as a teller in Beatrice. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in various banking areas, including operations, compliance, and management. When the Grand Island branch was set to open, Kristy eagerly joined the team and now serves as the Operations Manager and Treasury Manager for Grand Island. 

Kristy is dedicated to providing excellent experiences, ensuring that her clients leave feeling satisfied and well-cared for. She enjoys finding solutions and simplifying banking for her customers. 

Kristy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Doane College. 

She is actively involved in the Multicultural Coalition, Howard Elementary School Partnership, and The EDGE Program. 

In her free time, Kristy and her husband, Don, enjoy spending time with their four grandchildren and watching professional football.

Jada Todd started her banking career with Pinnacle Bank in 2022. She began as a teller then transitioned to her current role as Treasury Manager. 

She believes in helping her customers get the most of their banking experience by providing resources that make a difference. 

Jada has a coaching and fitness background and stays active playing competitive volleyball. She also enjoys traveling with her husband, Dustin, and their son.

Brady was born and raised in O’Neill, Nebraska. After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Kearney, he began his career at Pinnacle Bank in Imperial. He continued with the bank in Hastings as an agricultural loan officer and is now the Vice President of the Ogallala branch. His priority is serving his customers and community to the best of his ability. His strength lies in relationship banking and satisfying customer needs by helping them achieve their financial goals.

Trauernicht began his career with Pinnacle Bank in Lincoln as a credit analyst, where he also completed the Pinnacle Bank Management Trainee Program. He then moved to Aurora to be a loan officer for 3 years. In 2012, Trauernicht moved to Pinnacle Bank Beatrice to take on the role of Vice President specializing in ag and commercial lending. In 2022, Trauernicht assumed the role of Market President in Beatrice but continues to serve loan customers.

Ryan is an active member of the Beatrice community. He is currently a board member for the Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center, Kiwanis International and Beatrice YMCA Foundation. He also volunteers with the Gage County United Way and is a former board member. When not working at the bank, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and three kids Lila, Henry and Ada. He is a graduate of Sterling High School and earned his Business Management degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

A resident of Omaha, John Wells has been in the banking industry since 1987 and with Pinnacle Trust Services since 2003. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. In 1999, John earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. An active member of his community, John’s volunteer activities have included Omaha Estate Planning Council, Leadership Omaha, Kiwanis, Girl Scouts – Spirit of Nebraska, Partnership 4 Kids mentoring and Tip Top Thrift Shop.

Danielle Wheaton is a Treasury Manager based at our 180th and Dodge location in Omaha. She began her role with the bank in 2024 and has been enjoying educating her customers on the innovative products and services we have available for businesses. 

Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. 

In her free time, you can find Danielle with a good book or researching travel destinations.

Tyler was raised in Palmer on the family farm. He then attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he majored in Agriculture Economics. He began his banking career in Aurora before returning to his hometown. Tyler is an active member on many local boards and also helps with Palmer wrestling. He enjoys spending his time outside of the bank working beside his father and brothers on the farm. He also enjoys going to the lake, golfing and hunting.

Debbie Workman began her career at Pinnacle Bank in Omaha, NE, in 1998. In 1999, she moved to Lake Lotawana to help establish our branch. She holds many roles serving not only as a Treasury Manager for business clients, but she is also a Loan Officer, Mortgage Lender and Branch Manager. 

Over the years, Debbie has had the privilege to develop many long-term relationships with her clients. She credits that to Pinnacle Bank's core value of stability. Customers know they can count on her and the bank to always be reliable and trustworthy. 

One of her favorite parts of her role is being part of a business’s banking journey. From the very first meeting to implementing solutions aligned with their goals, Debbie is proud to watch businesses grow. I

n her spare time, Debbie enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband, Stan, and their two daughters.

Jill Zimmerman is our Treasury Manager serving Beatrice, NE. She has been a Branch Manager since 1999 and currently manages both Beatrice branches. 

Jill started her banking career as an intern in college. After graduation, she developed her management skills in the insurance agency for over a decade before returning to the banking industry. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with an emphasis in Management. 

Jill is the co-coordinator for Beatrice Public School Foundation’s Backpack program and currently serves as a Board Member for the Southeast Community College Educational Foundation. 

In her free time, Jill enjoys sporting events, gardening, and traveling with her family. Her family has also recently ventured into hobby beekeeping.
