As a Kansas native, Dustin grew up knowing the importance of farms and ranches to our community. After earning his BS in Agri-Business from Kansas State University, he went straight to work at our branch here in Abilene.
He’s proud of what he and his staff do to help our customers and our community. He believes they are successful year after year because they listen, not just during banking hours, but also when the conversations take place during the evening or on the weekend. This is probably the reason Dustin’s favorite season is harvest season. He loves seeing farmers realize the rewards of their long days.
Dustin and his wife, Michelle, have six children. They enjoy country living in rural Dickinson County.

Max Knopp was raised on a Dickinson County Kansas farm. He is a 1978 graduate of Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in ag economics. He is also a graduate of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Austin Britt grew up on a farm 10 miles north of Abilene. He graduated from Kansas State University in 2002 with a degree in agribusiness, and his first job out of college took him to Fresno, California, working as a crop insurance claims adjuster. Two years later, he moved back to Abilene and started working for Pinnacle Bank as a loan officer. Outside of the office, Austin spends time with his family and operates a small cow/calf operation. He is president of Kids In Crisis, a local nonprofit organization that focuses on helping cover medical expenses and school supplies for children. Austin is also a graduate of the Dickinson County Leadership program and a member of the Emmanuelaires Gospel Quartet.

Although new to Hastings, he feels right at home thanks to the welcoming community and the Flatwater Music Festival at the Prairie Loft. To say Scott has a thing for live music would be an understatement.
He’s also excited to work along side the businesses of Hastings, especially the farms. He looks forward to all the neighborhood news, including text messages about his customers’ corn yields.
Scott came to Hastings with his wife Megan and their three children.
