Pinnacle Bank is participating in special Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) grant programs designed to help eligible homebuyers achieve homeownership.
Home Ownership Set-Aside Program (HSP)
- Up to $15,000.00 per household
- Available to first-time homebuyers who meet income requirements
Homeownership Possibilities Expanded (HOPE)
- Up to $7,500.00 per household
- Available to homebuyers who meet income requirements
These FHLB grants are provided on a first-come, first-served basis until funds run out or through September 30, 2025.
Qualified applicants may receive grant funds to assist with:
- Down payment
- Closing costs
- Eligible home repairs
