Spencer is originally from Papillion, Nebraska, and is a graduate of Papillion-LaVista High School and the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He has been an employee of Pinnacle Bank since November 1998 and a customer of the bank since opening his first savings account at the Bank of Papillion as a child. He is now the Market President for our branches in Papillion.

In the community, Spencer is involved in several groups and organizations. He serves as a member of the board of directors for the Midlands Community Foundation, as assistant treasurer, Papillion-LaVista Schools Foundation, and Grow Sarpy (formerly Sarpy County Economic Development Corporation). He is a graduate of the Sarpy Chamber's "Leadership Sarpy" program and has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado-Boulder.
