ATTENTION QUICKBOOKS, QUICKEN AND MINT USERS
We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our online and mobile banking systems the weekend of August 19-20. This upgrade will require that you make changes to your Quickbooks®, Quicken® or Mint® software. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth experience.
The instructions reference two “Action Dates”. Please use the dates provided below:
1st Action Date: August 18th, 2023
You should complete a data file backup and a financial transaction download by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date because transaction history might not be available after the maintenance period.
2nd Action Date: August 21st, 2023
This is the action date for the remaining steps in the instructions. You will need to complete the deactivate/reactivate steps to reconnect your online banking account with your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts.
Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3 – 5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX.QBO file during the downtime. The following services may not work during the downtime:
- Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
- QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
